A nutty and mildly sweet tea. Japanese sencha tea blended with roasted rice. Some of the rice pops, similar to popcorn, during the roasting process. Aptly nicknamed, Popcorn Tea it's original name originates from the name of a servant of a Samurai warlord who, in a fit of rage, slayed the servant after he accidentally dropped some rice into the warlord's tea.
